About the position

Talkspace is seeking licensed therapists and counselors to join its fully remote, part-time platform, providing mental health care to clients on their schedule. This role allows professionals to manage their own caseload without the overhead costs associated with private practice, such as insurance barriers and marketing expenses. Therapists can choose their time commitment and work flexibly, while also benefiting from a monthly bonus incentive based on client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health care to clients via the Talkspace platform.
• Manage cases, write client notes, and schedule appointments using the Talkspace app.
• Engage with clients through text, video, and audio messages.
• Participate in Learning Community sessions to earn free CE credits.

Requirements

• Independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy.
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application.
• Individual NPI number.
• Current residence in the USA.
