About the position

Talkspace is seeking California-licensed mental health therapists to join their remote platform, providing flexible scheduling and significant compensation opportunities. This role allows therapists to manage cases, conduct client sessions, and benefit from no overhead costs associated with traditional private practice. Therapists can connect with clients on their own terms while receiving client referrals and handling insurance claims through Talkspace's streamlined services. This is a fully remote, part-time position with a limited-time opportunity for a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases and conduct client sessions remotely.
• Provide mental health care on a flexible schedule, accommodating clients' needs.
• Handle client referrals and insurance claims through Talkspace's platform.
• Write client notes and schedule appointments using the Talkspace app.
• Engage with clients through text, video, and audio messages.

Requirements

• Independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California.
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy.
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application.
• Individual NPI number.
• Current residence in the USA.
