About the position

The Remote Mental Health Therapist at Lyra Health Inc. is responsible for providing short-term, evidence-based therapy through a digital platform. This role involves maintaining a diverse caseload of clients, utilizing video sessions, and integrating digital psychoeducation tools to enhance client outcomes. The therapist will work collaboratively with peers and have access to ongoing training and expert consultation, ensuring culturally responsive care for clients from various backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions.
  • Maintain a caseload of diverse clinical needs.
  • Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients.
  • Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
  • Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews.
  • Attend training to enhance clinical skills.
  • Utilize resources for complex client cases.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
  • Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without disciplinary action.
  • Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
  • Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
  • Experience providing video therapy.
  • Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients (30 potential bookable spots).
  • Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Full-time resident of the United States.
