Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to clients in accordance with best practices and clinical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities offered by SonderMind.
- Collaborate with a network of therapists for support and case consultation.
- Utilize the SonderMind platform for client matching and billing processes.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP).
