About the position

As a Remote Non-Profit Support Specialist at Speak Wisely Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting a diverse range of nonprofit organizations. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while engaging with various charitable entities, including nonprofit and charity TV and radio stations, child welfare agencies, veteran support groups, spiritual and religious organizations, and animal advocacy groups. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound phone calls, providing exceptional customer service and support to these organizations and their constituents. In this dynamic environment, you will be expected to be self-motivated and organized, ensuring that you can manage your time effectively while meeting the needs of the nonprofits you support. The role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with a variety of individuals, including clients and team members. You will also have the opportunity to expand your skills by engaging in additional support roles, such as email, ticket, and chat support, which come with varied pay rates. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about making a difference in the nonprofit sector.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound phone calls from nonprofit organizations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support various nonprofit sectors including charity TV and radio stations, child welfare agencies, veteran support groups, spiritual organizations, and animal advocacy groups.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of service is provided.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and highly organized individual.
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in PC usage.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in a contact center is a plus.

Benefits
