As a Bilingual Universal Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales and customer service calls, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, as you may be asked to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs. In this fast-paced environment, you will engage with prospective customers, answer their inquiries about Orkin services, and build rapport to effectively handle objections. Your primary goal will be to close sales over the phone and schedule initial service appointments. You will also manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, offering solutions to prevent account cancellations and recommending additional services to enhance customer value. The role includes utilizing gamification methods to measure performance and maintain engagement in a virtual setting. To support your success, Orkin provides a comprehensive three-week training program, ongoing professional development, and a variety of work schedules. You will work from your home office, equipped with the necessary technology provided by Orkin, and must have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
