About the position

MDS is seeking experienced outbound contact center representatives to work remotely, focusing on engaging with donors and prospective donors to support various non-profit organizations. The role emphasizes positive communication and securing financial contributions for clients, while maintaining productivity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner.
• Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.

Requirements

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience, preferably in telephone fundraising.
• Dedicated wired Internet connection.
• A quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity.
• A commitment and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit causes we represent.
