About the position
MDS is seeking experienced outbound contact center representatives to work remotely, focusing on engaging with donors and prospective donors to secure financial support for various non-profit organizations. The role emphasizes positive communication and maintaining productivity metrics while contributing to meaningful charitable causes.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner.
- Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients.
- Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
Requirements
- 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience, preferably in telephone fundraising.
- Dedicated wired internet connection.
- A quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity.
- A commitment and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit causes we represent.
