About the position

The Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative will be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls to current members, focusing on gathering feedback through surveys. This role is part of a healthcare outreach campaign aimed at supporting high-risk members by addressing their needs related to care access, coordination, medication, and social determinants of health. The position is fully remote and offers the potential for a direct hire after the contract period.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to current members, averaging over 100 calls per day.
  • Perform surveys with members to gather feedback and assess their needs.
  • Provide support to high-CAHPS risk members identified through predictive analytics.
  • Assist members with issues related to access to care, care coordination, access to medication, and social determinants of health.

Requirements

  • 1 year of recent call center or customer support experience.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or outbound call center is a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and reliability as an independent worker.
  • Proven reliability and good attendance record.
  • Basic technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
