About the position

The Outbound SMB/Midmarket Sales Development Representative at Pizzamico is a full-time remote role focused on driving outbound sales efforts in the restaurant industry. The representative will connect with restaurant owners through cold calling, email, and social media outreach to schedule qualified appointments for the CEO. This position offers mentorship from the CEO and a clear path to transition into an Account Executive role, providing opportunities for career growth within a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to restaurant owners through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media messaging.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the CEO.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to ensure effective lead handling.
  • Occasionally conduct in-person sales visits.

Requirements

  • 1 year of cold calling experience.
  • 1 year of sales experience.
  • 1 year of restaurant experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience working in small teams (fewer than 25 people).
  • Strong phone sales skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in door-to-door sales.
  • Previous experience selling to restaurants.
