About the position

The Remote Outbound SMB/Midmarket Sales Development Representative at Pizzamico is a full-time role focused on driving outbound sales efforts in the restaurant industry. This position involves connecting with restaurant owners through cold calling, email, and social media outreach to schedule qualified appointments for the CEO. The role offers mentorship from the CEO and a clear path to transition into an Account Executive position, where the individual will manage their own accounts and potentially lead a team.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to restaurant owners through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media messaging.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the CEO.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the CEO to ensure effective handling of leads.
  • Participate in occasional in-person sales visits.

Requirements

  • 1 year of cold calling experience.
  • 1 year of sales experience.
  • 1 year of restaurant experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience working in small teams (fewer than 25 people).
  • Strong phone sales skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in door-to-door sales.
  • Previous experience selling to restaurants.
