About the position

A major hospitality client is seeking a part-time Project Coordinator to join their team. This role is pivotal in gathering information from a hospitality perspective to assist in the design and deployment of implementations and rollouts across the company. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all project-related tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly, while also managing deadlines effectively. This position requires a strong ability to communicate clearly and maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Coordinator will need to keep tasks, resources, and schedules well-structured and prioritized, adapting to changes and unexpected challenges as they arise. Identifying and resolving issues during the project is a critical responsibility, as is collaborating effectively with others to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality field, which will aid in understanding the unique challenges and requirements of the industry. This role offers a compensation range of $20/hr to $27/hr, with exact compensation varying based on skills, experience, and education. Benefits will commence on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and access to a 401K retirement account with employer matching. Additionally, employees are entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
