This position requires collaboration with the Front Office Director and involves training, task delegation, and revenue cycle management, all aimed at ensuring high-quality patient care in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Front Office Director and ensure exceptional patient care.
• Communicate openly and honestly with the Front Office Director.
• Serve as an expert in all Medical Receptionist and Patient Care Coordinator roles.
• Assist in training Medical Receptionists and PCCs.
• Manage daily tasks and priorities in coordination with the Front Office Director.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues in collaboration with the CFO.
• Audit and resubmit claims within the billing module daily.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a medical setting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of insurance and billing processes.
• Experience in customer service and clerical roles.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in outpatient medical administrative support.
