About the position

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to join their team remotely. This role is essential for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with qualified pediatric therapists, administrative staff, and behavior technicians. The recruiter will manage the entire recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience while adhering to compliance and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates utilizing various search methods and career sites to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Pre-screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and conducting phone screenings, ensuring urgency throughout the interview process.
  • Ensure all screening and employment selection is in compliance with employment laws, regulations, and recruitment best practices.
  • Attend in-person career fairs throughout southeastern Michigan and northern Ohio.
  • Attend all recruitment meetings virtually, with the availability to meet in-person as necessary.
  • Manage all candidate and job application files via Salesforce.
  • Interact with interviewers, hiring managers, and all other MetroEHS stakeholders professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Promote MetroEHS's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity to all jobseekers.
  • Investigate new recruitment tools, career sites, and opportunities to attract leads.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs assigned by the Recruiting Manager.
  • Perform all other job duties as assigned by the Recruiting Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least one year of experience working as a full cycle recruiter.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships.
  • Suitable remote work environment with limited distractions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable making decisions independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred, but not required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in pediatric therapy recruitment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
