About the position

The Remote Project Coordinator at TEKsystems will serve as a Culture Champion, focusing on driving employee engagement initiatives and organizing impactful events for a leading software sales company. This fully remote role emphasizes strategic planning, team dynamics, and fostering a positive work environment through innovative contests and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute innovative, data-driven contests and initiatives that foster engagement, optimize team dynamics, and reinforce performance goals across the sales organization
  • Assess team morale, productivity, and overall well-being, implementing tailored solutions to enhance the daily experience of employees
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales organization and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring diversity and inclusion initiatives are embedded within the team's culture
  • Work with the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel supported

Requirements

  • Expertise in strategic planning, event management, and team engagement programs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Analytical mindset to derive actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative data
  • Proven track record in experience design, employee engagement, or organizational culture
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing and optimizing budgets
  • High emotional intelligence and a passion for fostering inclusive, dynamic team environments
