About the position

The Remote Recruiter for Healthcare at CallOnDoc.com is an entry-level position focused on sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare talent. This role is designed for individuals who are driven and passionate about helping healthcare professionals find their ideal roles while working in a flexible and supportive remote environment. The recruiter will engage with candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, and contribute to the organization's growth by meeting recruitment performance objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Use creative and proactive methods to source qualified healthcare candidates for various roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet staffing needs.
  • Engage passive candidates and nurture relationships to encourage them to consider opportunities.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and experience.
  • Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers for a smooth process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and define job specifications.
  • Provide support to hiring managers with candidate recommendations and market insights.
  • Set and exceed individual recruitment performance objectives.
  • Manage multiple open roles simultaneously to ensure timely recruitment processes.
  • Maintain professionalism throughout the recruitment process for a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide consistent follow-up with candidates during the interview process.
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track key recruitment metrics and provide updates to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement based on performance data.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual setting is an advantage.
  • Strong background with medical administration and medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry roles, certifications, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
