About the position

The Remote Regional Sales Manager for Group Health in Southern California is responsible for driving sales and building relationships with Brokers and Agents in the small-group insurance market. This role emphasizes excellent customer service and innovative healthcare solutions, allowing the company to maintain a competitive edge in the industry. Responsibilities

  • Strong comprehension of small and large group benefit lines.
  • Work alongside an inside sales team to increase sales outcomes.
  • Responsible for building new relationships with Brokers and Agents in the small-group insurance space.
  • Introduce new, innovative, and flexible healthcare solutions to help Brokers offer the best products to their clientele.
  • Create and execute presentations to brokers in your designated territory.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Northern Los Angeles or California Central Coast area.
  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales.
  • Maintain active and current relationships with Brokers and Agents.
  • 2+ years of experience with group health insurance sales.
  • Active CA Life & Health Insurance License.
