About the position

The Remote Regulatory Business Analyst is responsible for supporting capability design by gathering business requirements, translating regulatory rules into actionable business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and document product capabilities and workflows. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with communication rules and requirements while providing support for production issues related to communication workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business customers to define requirements and business needs
• Engage with regulatory stakeholders to ensure compliance with communication rules and requirements
• Draft and document capability designs, requirements, and workflows to support both current and future state processes
• Partner with IT counterparts to design and implement solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements
• Conduct testing of new functionalities to validate that they meet specified requirements and perform as intended
• Provide support for production issues related to communication workflows, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, managed care, or health insurance, with a focus on data analysis, business operations, or application development
• Ability to solve moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analyses
• A reliable high-speed internet connection (the faster the better!)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door
