About the position

The Remote Revenue Manager will be responsible for optimizing revenue generation for a boutique-style resort in Arizona. This role requires a strong understanding of revenue management principles, a data-driven approach, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. The successful candidate will develop pricing strategies, analyze market trends, and collaborate with various teams to drive business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across all distribution channels.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Utilize revenue management systems and tools to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and set pricing recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and drive overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular revenue performance reports and insights to management.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in the boutique hotel or tourist resort sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Proficient in revenue management systems, data analysis tools like IQware, Siteminder and Expedia Partner Central.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
