About the position

We are a high-powered insurance team experiencing explosive growth and are seeking licensed life insurance agents to join our dynamic team. Our organization offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are self-motivated and eager to succeed in the insurance industry. Even if you are not currently licensed, we have a fast-track program that can guide you through the licensing process in as little as a few weeks. We will sponsor your pre-licensing classes for candidates who demonstrate a good fit for our team. Our sales platform is hybrid, allowing you to engage with clients either face-to-face or virtually through tele sales and Zoom. Importantly, we do not engage in cold calling or door-to-door sales; instead, we have a steady stream of clients who are already interested in our services. Your role will involve fulfilling orders and assisting clients who have booked appointments with you, as well as reaching out to others to schedule appointments. We are looking for individuals who possess self-discipline, a strong work ethic, basic technology skills, and a willingness to learn and be coached. Compassion for people and the ability to close sales are essential traits we value in our team members. Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through face-to-face meetings or virtual sales calls.
  • Fulfill orders for clients who are interested in our services.
  • Book appointments with clients who have expressed interest in our offerings.
  • Utilize provided leads and resources to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly skill-related training calls to enhance sales techniques.
  • Complete the necessary steps to obtain a state license if not already licensed.

Requirements

  • Must pass a background check and be at least 18 years old to get licensed.
  • No prior sales experience or degree is required to start.
  • Must pass the State License Exam if not already licensed.
