About the position

We are a high-powered insurance team experiencing explosive growth and are actively seeking licensed life insurance agents to join our dynamic team. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely, either part-time or full-time, and is designed for individuals who are self-disciplined and possess a strong work ethic. Our unique hybrid sales platform allows agents to engage with clients either face-to-face or virtually through tele sales and Zoom, eliminating the need for cold calling or door-to-door sales. We have a robust pipeline of interested clients, and your role will be to help fulfill their orders by booking appointments and providing exceptional service. For those who are not yet licensed, we offer a fast-track program that can guide you through the licensing process in as little as a few weeks. We will sponsor your pre-licensing classes if you are a good fit for our team. Our training program is comprehensive and includes weekly skill-related training calls designed to help you become a top agent. Additionally, you will have access to various lead sources, including digital leads, direct mail, and live transfers, ensuring you have plenty of opportunities to connect with potential clients. As part of our team, you will benefit from back-office support, access to interested clients, and the opportunity to earn residual pay from previously sold policies. We also offer vested renewals, meaning you keep your business from day one. There are no contracts or start-up fees, allowing you to work independently while still having the support of a high-powered team. Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to fulfill their insurance needs through virtual or face-to-face meetings.
  • Book appointments with clients who have expressed interest in our services.
  • Utilize provided leads to connect with potential clients without cold calling or door-to-door sales.
  • Participate in weekly training calls to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Complete the state licensing exam if not already licensed, with support provided for pre-licensing classes.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and self-discipline in managing client interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old to get licensed.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Basic technology skills to operate virtual meeting platforms and manage client communications.
  • Self-disciplined with a strong work ethic and openness to learning.
  • Compassion for people and a willingness to be coached.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience in sales (not required but preferred).
