We have a robust pipeline of interested clients, and your role will be to help fulfill their orders by booking appointments and providing exceptional service. For those who are not yet licensed, we offer a fast-track program that can guide you through the licensing process in as little as a few weeks. We will sponsor your pre-licensing classes if you are a good fit for our team. Our training program is comprehensive and includes weekly skill-related training calls designed to help you become a top agent. Additionally, you will have access to various lead sources, including digital leads, direct mail, and live transfers, ensuring you have plenty of opportunities to connect with potential clients. As part of our team, you will benefit from back-office support, access to interested clients, and the opportunity to earn residual pay from previously sold policies.
