About the position

The Remote Sales Representative for Digital Marketing/E-commerce is responsible for promoting and selling the company's digital marketing services across various channels, including TikTok, Amazon, Google Ads, and independent websites. This part-time, contract position focuses on customer development, sales strategy implementation, and maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance the company's market presence and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer development plans to find potential local US customers through various channels.
• Introduce the company's digital marketing services to customers, including TikTok marketing strategies and Google Ads optimization.
• Follow up on customer project progress to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor services and prices, providing suggestions for product optimization.
• Establish and maintain good customer relationships, handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, advertising, or e-commerce.
• At least 2 years of digital marketing sales experience, familiar with channels like TikTok and Amazon.
• Good communication and negotiation skills to establish relationships with diverse customers.
• Strong market analysis and sales planning abilities to develop effective strategies.
• Proficient in office software and capable of data analysis.
