As a Remote Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our digital marketing services in the local US market. This role involves utilizing various channels such as TikTok, Amazon, Google Ads, and independent websites to drive sales and increase our market share in the digital marketing field. In this position, you will actively develop customer relationships through industry exhibitions, online platforms, and social media. You will implement customer development plans, regularly follow up with potential customers to understand their needs, and provide personalized digital marketing solutions. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will participate in marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and attract potential customers. Your responsibilities will also include introducing our digital marketing services in detail, developing customized marketing plans based on customer goals and budgets, and ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction through project follow-ups. Additionally, you will conduct market research to stay informed about the US digital marketing landscape, analyze competitors' services and pricing, and provide feedback to optimize our offerings. Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships will be crucial, as you will communicate regularly to understand their business developments and address any issues promptly. You will also provide digital marketing training and consulting services to help customers maximize the benefits of our services.

Responsibilities

  • Customer development through various channels such as industry exhibitions, online platforms, and social media.
  • Develop and implement customer development plans, regularly follow up with potential customers, and provide personalized digital marketing solutions.
  • Cooperate with the marketing team to participate in marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
  • Introduce the company's digital marketing services in detail to customers, including TikTok marketing strategies, Amazon advertising services, Google Ads optimization, and independent website promotion.
  • Develop customized digital marketing plans based on customer business goals and budgets, and conduct plan presentations and sales negotiations.
  • Follow up on customer project progress to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction, promoting customer renewal and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to understand the US digital marketing market dynamics and competitors' services and pricing.
  • Collect customer feedback and market demands, and collaborate with the product team to develop new digital marketing services and products.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to develop corresponding sales strategies and plans.
  • Establish and maintain good customer relationships, communicate regularly to understand their business development and needs.
  • Handle customer complaints and problems in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide digital marketing training and consulting services to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, advertising, or e-commerce.
  • At least 2 years of digital marketing sales experience, familiar with channels such as TikTok, Amazon, Google Ads, and independent websites.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to establish relationships with various customers.
  • Strong market analysis and sales planning abilities to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Team spirit and ability to collaborate with internal teams to complete sales tasks.
  • Proficient in using office software and capable of data analysis.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in media sales for 5 years or more.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools.
