About the position

The Senior Full Stack Developer (Java/React) will work remotely to assist the client with development efforts related to their external franchisee-facing toolkit. The role involves focusing on the existing codebase, accelerating new feature development, and ensuring alignment with business requirements. Responsibilities also include unit testing, managing the full application lifecycle, and resolving bugs as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development efforts tied to the external franchisee-facing toolkit.
• Focus on the existing code base and accelerate new feature and functionality efforts.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure new features align with business requirements.
• Conduct unit testing and own the full end-to-end application.
• Resolve bugs as needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in software engineering
• Strong Java/Spring Boot experience
• ReactJS experience for front end
• AWS experience (S3, ECS)
• Gitlab experience
• PostgreSQL or Redis experience
• Agile/Kanban experience
• Go, gRPC experience
• GraphQL experience

Nice-to-haves

• Restaurant systems experience
