Responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance and reporting for high-net-worth individuals and various entities.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize client benefits.
• Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering their growth and development.
• Conduct thorough reviews of tax returns and other related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on client portfolios.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of tax experience, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and real estate.
• Proven experience in managing tax teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
