The Remote Tax Director position is designed for a highly skilled CPA with extensive public accounting experience. This role focuses on managing tax compliance and advisory services for S Corporations, Pass-Through Entities, High Net Worth Individuals, and Partnerships. The position allows for 100% remote work, providing flexibility while ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client engagements related to tax compliance and advisory services.
• Review and prepare tax returns for S Corporations, Pass-Through Entities, and High Net Worth Individuals.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff and team members.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and stay updated on changes in tax laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA license is required.
• Management experience at a public accounting firm is essential.
• Extensive experience in reviewing tax returns for S Corporations and Partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
