About the position
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season to provide exceptional customer service and tax preparation assistance. This role allows for 100% remote work, enabling collaboration with a dedicated team from the comfort of your home or office. Tax Experts will help clients navigate tax complexities, ensuring a positive experience while using Intuit TurboTax products.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
- Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation.
- Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries.
- Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
- Experience using commercial tax preparation software.
- EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney designation with strong tax preparation experience.
- Extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.

- Experience with video communication tools.
- Familiarity with Intuit TurboTax products.
