Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and business entities, predominantly S-Corps.
• Manage and mentor junior staff in tax preparation and compliance processes.
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial situations and provide tailored tax strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of tax planning strategies for clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-10+ years of public accounting experience.
• Demonstrated experience with tax return preparation and review.
• Exposure to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and business returns, predominantly S-Corp.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Active CPA license (for Managers).

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation.
• Experience with trust, estate, gift, and exempt organization tax matters.
