About the position

The Technical Analyst Product Manager will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing marketing data capabilities for a leading streaming service. This position involves collaborating with global marketers, data analysts, and engineers to ensure effective communication and implementation of marketing strategies into actionable workflows and data solutions. The role focuses on data quality management, project coordination, and technical documentation to drive strategic lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with lifecycle marketing, data analytics, and engineering teams to translate marketing strategies into clear, actionable workflows and data solutions.
  • Serve as the primary conduit between internal marketing teams and product management or technical vendor teams, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated and understood across departments.
  • Lead data quality improvement initiatives by driving process enhancements, establishing automated audits, and documenting findings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work streams, managing dependencies, identifying obstacles, and tracking progress.
  • Create and maintain technical specifications, knowledge base articles, and process documentation to provide scalable support for marketing data workflows.
  • Assist in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure data capabilities and workflows meet the defined requirements.
  • Prepare reports and maintain status documentation on internal processes, aiming for continuous improvement of marketing operations initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years in business analysis or product management, preferably within a digital agency or subscription services environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and data lifecycle management.
  • Basic understanding of data schemas, experimental best practices, and SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and align cross-functional teams, bringing clarity and organization to complex workflows.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in subscription-based services or data-driven marketing.
  • Familiarity with product management principles, including experience in creating user stories and managing project deliverables.
  • Flexibility to adapt to quick changes and support various team members within a fast-paced, iterative environment.
