About the position

The Technical Recruiter will work remotely, focusing on sourcing and recruiting for technology and digital teams across various IT skill sets. This role involves managing the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to onboarding, collaborating closely with executive leadership on high-priority roles, and leading internship initiatives and career fairs.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for technology and digital teams.
• Manage the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on high-priority roles.
• Work with coordinators to facilitate the interview process.
• Lead internship initiatives and career fairs.
• Track and report on open requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Familiarity with a variety of technical roles such as software engineering, infrastructure engineering, and project management.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to track and report on open requirements.
• Experience refining job requirements and collaborating with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with Oracle's ATS system.
