We are seeking a seasoned Video Editor to join our client's team, specializing in creating engaging and high-quality advertisements for Facebook and Instagram. This role involves editing raw footage into compelling videos, adding subtitles and music, and collaborating with the team to produce content that resonates with English-speaking audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of storytelling and pacing, along with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into compelling and coherent videos for Facebook and Instagram advertisements.
• Add subtitles and music to videos, ensuring they align with the overall message and tone.
• Work with provided scripts and hooks to create captivating content.
• Demonstrate the ability to create engaging scripts and hooks when required, leveraging a deep understanding of the product and target audience.
• Ensure all videos are fluent in English, with zero tolerance for grammar and spelling errors.
• Produce videos ranging from 30 seconds to two minutes in length.
• Handle multiple video projects daily, meeting strict deadlines.
• Exhibit flexibility to manage varying workloads efficiently.
• Collaborate actively with the team, maintaining open and effective communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing, particularly for social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong grammar and spelling skills.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and how to create engaging content.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Ability to add subtitles and music to videos seamlessly.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas when needed.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
