About the position

The Remote Vision / ML Engineer Analytics Consulting Manager at NTT DATA is responsible for designing and implementing advanced machine learning and computer vision solutions tailored to client needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions that enhance client products and services. The position emphasizes continuous learning and professional growth, providing opportunities for skill development in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Algorithms: Creating and optimizing algorithms for image processing, object detection, and recognition tasks.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering and analyzing large datasets to train and validate machine learning models.
  • Model Training and Evaluation: Training machine learning models using various techniques and evaluating their performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to integrate models into applications and systems.
  • Research and Innovation: Staying updated with the latest advancements in computer vision and machine learning to incorporate new techniques and technologies into projects.
  • Document and Report: Documenting the development process, experiments, and results, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Python, C++ and Java
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS AI managed services
  • 3 years of experience with Machine Learning frameworks
  • 3+ years of experience with Deep Learning architectures
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
  • Strong foundation in mathematics, particularly in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics
  • Knowledge of computer vision techniques such as image processing, object detection, and image segmentation
  • Experience with data collection, preprocessing, and augmentation techniques
  • Understanding of deep learning concepts and architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, and GANs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
