Lobo Solar LLC is seeking motivated and reliable Renewable Energy Canvassers to join their team in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time position focuses on door-to-door canvassing to generate appointments for solar energy consultations. The role offers the opportunity to work independently while being supported by a District Manager, with the potential for significant earnings through commissions and bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Generate highly qualified appointments through door-to-door canvassing, social media, and marketing.
- Knock on doors in targeted areas to inform homeowners about the benefits of solar energy.
- Set up appointments for homeowners interested in switching to solar energy.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to strategize and execute canvassing efforts.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience in technical sales or solar sales preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in talking to homeowners.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
- Previous door-to-door sales experience.
