About the position
Tetra Tech is seeking experienced leaders to serve as Renewable Energy Senior Project Managers and Seller/Doers to grow their renewable practice and support various projects from concept to completion. This role involves developing client relationships, leading project execution, and participating in business development activities within a dynamic consulting environment focused on renewable energy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture client relationships in the renewable energy sector.
- Respond to client opportunities and develop proposals for renewable energy projects.
- Work with Tetra Tech environmental and engineering resources to support project execution.
- Participate in client marketing and business development activities, including proposal development and technical presentations.
- Collaborate nationally to identify and develop project teams for renewable energy initiatives.
- Identify trends in the renewable energy industry and develop long-term strategies with program leads.
- Innovate and enhance Tetra Tech's capabilities in renewable energy services.
- Lead and support a team of high performers focused on renewable energy projects.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in renewable energy projects, particularly in solar PV and battery energy storage systems.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing renewable energy projects.
- Proven track record of business development and winning work in the renewable energy market.
- Ability to develop innovative client solutions aligned with industry best practices.
