About the position

The Renewals Enablement Program Manager at Cohesity is responsible for leading audience-specific training programs and implementing learning initiatives focused on renewals. This role requires collaboration with various teams to define training strategies, analyze audience needs, and develop effective curricula. The manager will also coordinate training delivery, maintain learning paths, and report on program metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead audience-specific training programs and develop a portfolio of learning solutions for renewals.
  • Collaborate with all functional areas within Cohesity Academy to drive innovative training solutions.
  • Define, develop, and drive an overall strategy for focused, audience-aligned curricula based on stakeholder needs and business goals.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholder communities and serve as the voice of learning requirements and trusted training advisor.
  • Coordinate and complete defined learning requirements from content development to delivery throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Develop renewals courses in partnership with subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Report and track learning program metrics for team members and management, and develop executive dashboards and quarterly business reviews.
  • Analyze learning program efficiency and provide continuous recommendations for program improvements.
  • Work on improved processes to monitor training consumption and enhance portfolio training fulfillment.
  • Evangelize and market education programs and initiatives through various communication channels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program management experience in business-level or technical-level education, preferably in a services capacity.
  • Experience in data management, security, software, and hardware.
  • Experience with developing training programs and delivery/facilitation.
  • Experience in assessing training needs and developing plans to meet those needs.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and with external parties.
  • Outstanding dedication to developing and delivering an efficient renewals education experience.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated program, project, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and written skills.
  • Validated innovative approach to education programs, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and drive efficient outcomes.
