The Rental Associate position at Vail Resorts involves providing exceptional guest service while assisting customers with rental equipment. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops
• Fit guests with equipment - training will be provided
• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment and safety practices
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
• Perform cashiering and retail sales duties as needed
• Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
