About the position

The Rental Coordinator at Stream-Flo USA LLC is responsible for managing rental equipment operations, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, and facilitating customer orders. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of rental services and supporting the sales and operations teams in meeting customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate information on all rental equipment in the operating system.
• Track assets and manage rental returns.
• Order new inventory to meet customer needs and process billing of customer orders.
• Monitor inventory on both assets and asset repair parts.
• Plan with Sales and Operations on needs and utilization of new inventory being added.
• Forecast and maintain acceptable levels of rental inventory.
• Verify all equipment is returned and process for repair.
• Schedule with the shops for a quick turnaround on assets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
• Related post-secondary education or equivalent is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of wellhead and flow control equipment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and typical inventory management practices.
• Attention to detail, good planning, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
