About the position

The Rental Coordinator at EquipmentShare is responsible for scheduling rentals and maintaining high customer service standards at the Beaumont, TX facility. Responsibilities

  • Schedule rentals and maintain customer service standards.

  • Educate customers on how EquipmentShare can help them save money and operate more efficiently.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share.

Requirements
