The Rental Projects Coordinator will play a crucial role in the modular rental and construction industry, specifically focusing on coordinating all leasing functions for rental projects across western Washington. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, vendors, customers, and drivers. The coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the rental projects team, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and accurately. In this role, the coordinator will handle a variety of responsibilities, including dispatching the rental fleet, coordinating deliveries and returns of buildings, and creating rental project schedules. The position also involves creating purchase orders, invoicing, and assisting estimators and accounts payable/receivable teams. The coordinator will be tasked with managing documents related to rental projects and overseeing rental close-outs, as well as budget management to ensure that projects remain within financial constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating projects, particularly within the construction industry, and will possess a solid understanding of construction and equipment operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with knowledge of prevailing wage and federal Davis Beacon wage acts, which is highly preferred. The ability to pay attention to detail and solve problems effectively will be key to succeeding in this role.
