Responsibilities

• Handle sales processes for inbound calls and outbound solicitation.
• Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
• Execute sales and marketing initiatives to meet Ryder's market share goals.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Reconcile customer concerns and disputes to maintain relationships and grow the customer base.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field required.
• One year or more of customer service experience with issue resolution preferred.
• Intermediate computer literacy required.
