About the position
As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee at Penske, you will leverage your degree to manage business operations and solve customer problems in a dynamic environment. This role involves comprehensive training in sales, operations, finance, and customer service, preparing you for a management career with opportunities for advancement across the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 companies.
- Manage a large inventory of vehicles, ensuring productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Generate new business leads and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
- Results-oriented with attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26' box truck.
Nice-to-haves
