About the position

Penske Logistics is seeking a Local Class A Truck Driver to join their team. This position involves making dock-to-dock deliveries of palletized grocery products, ensuring timely and safe transportation while being home daily. Responsibilities

• Make dock-to-dock deliveries of palletized grocery products
• Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods
• Drive late model Penske Truck Leasing trucks
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for deliveries

Requirements

• CDL Class A required
• Ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Ability to work the required schedule and location
• Pass a background investigation and drug screening
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with grocery product deliveries
• Familiarity with Penske Truck Leasing trucks
