About the position

Penske Logistics is seeking full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers to deliver palletized groceries to local stores. This role offers the opportunity to work locally with a home daily schedule, ensuring a balanced work-life experience. Drivers will operate late model trucks designed for comfort and efficiency, while also being part of a team committed to safety and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver palletized groceries to local stores
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for deliveries
• Participate in safety incentive programs and recognition programs

Requirements

• CDL Class A required
• Ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Ability to work the required schedule and location
• Pass a background investigation and drug screening
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
