About the position

As a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer at Penske, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and safe before they are sent out on the road. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing a welcoming experience and maintaining high standards of vehicle readiness. The position offers an opportunity to learn about vehicle maintenance and advance your career within the company, with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring they have a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to check tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items.
• Maintaining clean and safe facilities for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training to perform minor repairs such as installing and rotating tires and conducting preventive maintenance repairs.
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to understand and comply with specific instructions and safety regulations.
