About the position

The position involves providing various property maintenance services as an independent contractor. The role requires performing tasks such as lock changes, lawn care, trash removal, small repairs, tree trimming, and winterizations across Indiana. The contractor will be compensated per work order and must be proficient in using mobile technology for job documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform lock changes and rekeying services.
• Provide lawn care and maintenance.
• Conduct trash-outs and debris removals.
• Carry out small repairs as needed.
• Perform tree trimming and removal services.
• Execute winterizations of properties.

Requirements

• Must have own tools and transportation.
• Experience in the Field Service industry is required.
• Ability to use a phone and app for picture uploads into the system.
