About the position

As a Customer Service Representative on the billing team at Spectrum, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing product knowledge and account support. This position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, as well as the ability to work overnight shifts. You will engage with a diverse customer base, addressing billing inquiries and fostering positive relationships while working in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls from customers related to billing inquiries.
  • Empathize with customers while accurately addressing their billing needs.
  • Establish and grow professional, positive relationships with Spectrum customers.
  • Collaborate with management on customer issue escalations.
  • Represent a Fortune 100 company with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice-to-haves

  • 6+ months of customer service experience.
  • 6+ months of experience working with computers and software applications.
  • Previous work in cable operations or a telecommunications call center.
  • Technical skills in MS Office and typing.
