About the position

The Customer Service Representative III (CSR III) role at APL Logistics involves managing customer communications effectively and professionally. This position not only handles inquiries, processes orders, and resolves complaints but also oversees the daily activities of other customer service representatives. The CSR III is expected to implement the APL Logistics Continuous Improvement (ACI) Model to enhance operational efficiency and align with corporate values and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers in a professional and effective manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Process customer orders accurately.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Oversee daily activities of Customer Service Representatives (CSR I and II).
  • Apply the APL Logistics Continuous Improvement (ACI) Model to improve business processes.
  • Increase efficiency through waste elimination.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably at least at the CSR II level.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage and oversee the work of others.
  • Familiarity with operational efficiency models and continuous improvement processes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of APL Logistics systems and processes.
