About the position
At Shearer's Snacks, we pride ourselves on producing a wide variety of beloved snack products, including chips, cookies, crackers, and more. As a Repack Packer Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest quality standards. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for assembling boxes, packing bagged products from the packaging tables into cases, and placing them on pallets. You will also inspect finished products to assure quality and contribute to the overall cleanliness and efficient operation of the facility. Your efforts will directly impact the satisfaction of our customers, making their snack time enjoyable and memorable. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team that values collaboration and support. You will be expected to assist your teammates as needed and perform other duties as assigned. This position offers various shifts, including days, afternoons, and midnights, with hourly rates ranging from $17.95 to $20.95. Responsibilities
- Assemble boxes for packaging snacks.
- Pack bagged products from packaging tables into cases.
- Place packed cases on pallets for shipping.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Support team members as needed and perform other assigned duties.

- Ability to perform repetitious lifting of up to 25+ pounds.
