Responsibilities

• Develop proposals based on client needs
• Create and manage project budgets
• Review project progress and obtain subcontractor pricing or bids
• Prepare scopes of work for all trade contractors
• Research and procure required materials
• Coordinate schedules with all trades and clients
• Identify subcontractors and materials needed for price and proposal requests
• Prepare project documents to create proposals and apply to bids
• Track all price and proposal requests to meet bid deadlines
• Prepare Bid Documents and final Proposals
• Create work orders and submit estimates to clients
• Update Change Orders
• Initiate and maintain subcontractor and vendor contacts/relationships

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
