About the position

As a Repair Supplier Manager at NVIDIA, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our Contract Manufacturing and Repair partners and various internal teams, including Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and Planning. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively resolve roadblocks and implement effective business processes and systems that enhance refurbishment operations, capacity management, and inventory control at repair sites. You will coordinate with cross-functional support teams to ensure that we meet our delivery commitments and business requirements effectively. In this position, you will collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams to implement necessary repair processes and compliance audits. You will also work with Planning and Procurement to ensure that our supply chain is ready for new service offerings and that we have a robust ongoing repair build plan at our Contract Manufacturers (CMs). A key focus will be on driving repair throughput by managing the triple constraints of Test Capacity, Defective Inventory, and Repair Component Availability. You will supervise repair execution by monitoring Repair Commit Performance, comparing planned versus actual metrics such as timely completion (both quantity and date) and average days late. Additionally, you will handle the technical aspects of the repair process, which include managing finished goods quality, yield management, Engineering Change Order Management, Approved Vendor List management, and capacity utilization management. As a champion of repair efficiency, you will lead initiatives aimed at achieving the best quality repair output through continuous improvement practices.
